Delicate crystalline appearance, with gold reflections. It shows tropical as well as citrus aromas on the nose, highlighting some notes of pineapple and lime. Fresh sensation on the palate, with great structure, followed by a clean persistent finish, with a very aromatic aftertaste.

Grape type: Sauvignon Blanc, very aromatic and recognizable French varietal Our Rueda wines are made in Serrada, the crossroads of Medina de Campo, Tordesillas, and Olmedo. The origin of the winery dates back to the late seventeenth century.
Appearance: Pale yellow, clean, and bright.
Nose: Highly aromatic, fresh, with varietal aromas, tropical fruit, anise, boxwood.
Taste: Refreshing, very tasty, with good body and structure and a long, delicious finish. It will not leave you feeling indifferent.
Perfect by the glass, as an aperitif, or paired with fish, seafood, and grilled white meats.
