Ópera Prima Chardonnay
The winner of the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2010 Bronze medal, this is a fine Chardonnay of beautiful golden color, the result of a careful selection of the finest grapes of the La Mancha appellation. Complex, elegant, and sensual, this wine is rich in flavors of citrus, apples, banana, and tropical fruit. Very clean, fresh, and long on the finish, our Chardonnay is a great match with fish, shellfish, salads, and pasta, as well as other traditional Mediterranean foods.
Wine type: White
Grape type: Chardonnay, the world's most prolific white varietals.
La Mancha is the largest vineyard in the world, occupying 50% of Spain's vineyards.
Taste notes: Chardonnay of a clean and bright color with attractive tonality.
The fresh scent on the nose with a complex compendium of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is tasty with well-balanced acidity and hints of the sensations obtained in the olfactory phase.
We recommend serving this Opera Prima Cabernet at a temperature between 4ºC and 6º C. This Chardonnay from the Mancha Designation of Origin pairs especially well with seafood, fish, rice, and fresh or semi-cured cheese.
